
Campus was closed today because of the weather. We got some snow and I really enjoyed my day off!
- Breakfast: Toast with almond butter and a banana, coffee with creamer and splenda.
- Lunch: a bowl of apple jacks
- Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce, toast, green beans
- Snack: 3 oatmeal scotchies, a cookie that my roommate offered me (it was delicious… it had a rolo in the middle), and a glass of milk.
- Water: 2.5 liters. I was sucking it down today!
I didn’t work out because I have been in my pajamas all day. And even though I just wanted to stay curled up in bed a watch TV on my day off, I actually did a LOT of homework instead. It’s going to be a REALLY busy week, so I had to start it off on the right foot. I will definitely work out tomorrow, though! It’s still early, too, so depending on how much of this paper I get done, I may squeeze one in tonight!

I didn’t track a single thing I ate today. I was so busy and I just kinda ate whatever. I know I wasn’t under calories, though. :-/
I did just finish exercising though! I feel so good, too! :)
Tuesday Update

I went out to eat last night and had pie for dessert which is why I went over by so many calories.
I just love dessert. I also didn’t work out yesterday. I had a lot of homework to catch up on and before I knew it, it was 11:00! I know, I know… excuses.
I WILL exercise today! Mark my words!

Anyway… Under calories yesterday. Score!

Lunch: salad and a baked potato
Dinner: pasta with marinara sauce, a roll, and orange sorbet for dessert.
Water: 1.5 liters
I didn’t workout yesterday because I was so exhausted from the weekend. But I am planning to get back to it tonight! Maybe the power sculpt or the 30 day shred.

I’m pooped!

Today was so busy! I woke up at 6:30, drove back to school, and then a day full of class and meetings. I’m very tired. I had a good day on the food front.
- Breakfast: None. I did have a large cup of coffee with milk and Splenda, though.
- Lunch: A delicious sandwich from Which-Wich and some baked lays.
- Dinner: The same exact sandwich I had for lunch, but with Sunchips this time. I also had a cookie. :)
- Snacks: None today.
For my workout today I did The Biggest Lost Power Sculpt DVD Level 1. I really liked it! I think I need more weight training… I wanna tighten up my flab! I will alternate between that and cardio, though.
That was today in a nutshell. I’m about to curl up in my bed and watch TV until I go to sleep. I’m being a bad kid and not doing any homework. :)

- Lunch:2 pieces of cheese pizza (not what I wanted for lunch, but it was free).
- Dinner:Bow tie pasta with marinara sauce, a small salad, and a roll. I had fruit salad for dessert.
- Snacks:None today
- Water:1.5 liters (and quite a bit of diet coke)
For a workout I did the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD again. It was harder because I was sore from the last two days! I’m hurting right now, too! I know that being sore is a good thing, though! I’m only using 3 pound weights right now and it kills me! I can’t wait to get stronger and can start using heavier weights! :D
I’m hoping that I have a good day today! I only have one class and then work, so it shouldn’t be too bad. Then I have plans with my friend Mandy to have a little girls night in thing. We’re going to eat, study, and watch a movie. It should be fun!

Thank God it’s almost Friday!

Another day under my calorie goal! The only bad thing about this is that I didn’t work out. I still may squeeze one in before bed, but probably not because I’m getting tired and I’m thinking that an early bed time will be nice.
- Breakfast: Toast with peanut butter, coffee with skim milk and splenda. I was supposed to have a banana (that I stole from the cafeteria yesterday) but my roommate ate it. :(
- Lunch: Lean cuisine cheese raviolis and edamame.
- Dinner: Quesadilla night!!!! They were freaking delicious. I had chicken, sauteed pepper and onion, seasoned black beans and corn, refried beans, baked chips, salsa, and rice. So good!
- Snacks: none
- water: 2 liters
Today I had one class and then work. Work was really laid back and we weren’t very busy. After work I came home and watched TV. I love TV. It’s probably why my social life is basically nonexistent. By probably, I mean definitely. Haha! After TV time, Mandy and her boyfriend, Jake, came over and we had quesadillas. I also managed to talk Jake into helping me with physics homework. Hehe. He said it was payment for dinner. Truthfully, I barely understood one thing he said, but I nodded and smiled anyway.
I’m off to get ready for sleepy time and probably watch some more TV. Good night everyone!
Weigh In
I remembered to weigh in this morning.
- STARTING WEIGHT: 212.6
- LAST WEIGH IN: 210.4
- CURRENT WEIGH IN: 211.4
- CHANGE: + 1 pound
Not awesome. I gained a pound over the past week. I’m not surprised because of my weekend, though. I must look at the positive side though: In January I lost 1.2 pounds. That’s not the biggest number in the world; it’s nothing to get too excited about. But a loss is a loss no matter how small.
February will be different! I’m getting serious! :)
Tuesday

Not too awesome yesterday. I would have posted this sooner, but tumblr was being stupid and malfunctioning. Lame. Here’s the breakdown:
- Breakfast: Toast with peanut butter, coffee with splenda and skim milk
- Lunch: Tuna sandwich on wheat, baked lays, skinny cow milk chocolate cluster things.
- Dinner: tiny bit of pasta with marinara sauce, dinner roll, 4 tiny pieces of pizza, 4 cookies. <—- I know. Eeew.
- Snacks: None today
- Water: 2 measured liters plus 2 GINORMOUS glasses full… probably 4 liters of water today.
For a workout I watched two 45 minute TV shows and did a combination of moves that I do in my workout DVDs. It was fun! I got to watch TV, work out, and save time. Win, win, win! :) I forgot to weigh in today… I’ll try and remember tomorrow!
